Race Equality Week 2023 for OMD EMEA

OMD EMEA wanted to honour Race Equality Week 2023, a campaign that addresses barriers to race equality in the workplace, actively seeks to promote growth, equity and equality of opportunity and addresses disparities faced by our multicultural communities. Slippy Media’s Mike Fletcher was commissioned to photograph a variety of people from different backgrounds and job roles who were willing to share what equality means to each of them. The images were then turned into posters highlighting topics of culture, uniqueness and individuality and displayed around the media agency’s London headquarters.
